We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Executive. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to begin a career in marketing. Responsibilities:

1 Communications:

   日常运营

·        Assist in creating, managing, and distributing content on WeChat and other communication channels.

         协助创建，管理和维护微信公众号以及其他社交平台

·        Learn and assist in designing Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns, and monitor their performance.

         协助设计EDM邮件活动，并查看数据

2 Offline Events:

  线下活动

·        Support in organizing offline events, including aiding with logistics and promotional materials.

         支持组织线下活动，包括活动的准备的各项细节。

·        Participate in events to represent the brand and gather insights.

         参加品牌活动并收集信息

3 Online Events:

   线上活动

·        Provide support for online events, such as webinars.

         支持线上活动，例如网络研讨会等

·        Collaborate with the team to ensure event success.

         团队合作，确保活动顺利开展

4 Lead Qualification:

   发掘潜在客户线索

·        Help identify potential leads from various channels, like mail, and assist in their qualification.

         帮助识别来自不同渠道（如邮件）的潜在客户，并协助进行客户鉴别

·        Maintain a database of interactions with potential leads.

        维护潜在客户库

5 Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to gain a deeper understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns.

   协助市场部经理，深入了解公司的市场策略和活动。

6 Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts with guidance from senior staff.

   在市场部经理的指导下完成绩效报告

7 Stay updated with the latest marketing trends through continued learning and professional development.

   通过持续的学习和专业发展，随时了解最新的市场趋势。

Qualifications:

职位条件

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·        Basic familiarity or interest in platforms like WeChat and EDM tools.

·        Willingness to learn about offline and online event management.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        An ability to multitask and prioritize.

·        A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

·        Familiar with Windows environment (MS Office)

·        Familiar with Photoshop, AI, Video editor will be a plus
